Q: Why are you doing this for free?
A:Just as books have libraries why doesn't that apply to video games and other media? VGX functions as a library for media(even video games). You have the choice to buy the inventory as well. We DO NOT keep that as profit. 100% of sales goes right back into our library to cover operating costs, and more importantly is spent on more media for you to experience.
Q:Is shipping figured into the point price?
A:Yes, the amount of points you use for both renting or purchasing is the total paid to get it to your door.
Q:Can I save by purchasing multiple media titles at once?
A:Yes, if you purchase at least 2 titles at once, any title purchased thereafter will be discounted by 1 point.
Q:What if I don't return my rentals?
A:There will be a 5 point charge for each week after the dueback date. After 4 weeks past due, we will request payment through email and/or Paypal. If still nothing resolved, a collection agency will unfortunately be used. REMEMBER: you can always renew(for 2 more weeks) your rentals for only 1 point!
Q:What is your return policy?
A:We have a 7-day return policy. We test all games when they come in and before they are shipped but if your purchased game does not work you may send it back for a full refund. You may also return a game for any reason but may not qualify for full refund. Please contact us to ask about your situation.
Q:How long does shipping take?
A:We ship almost everything USPS First Class and you should receive your orders 3-10 business days from when you ordered.
